On July 9, our company convened the 2025 mid-year summary conference. Data revealed that despite the complex economic landscape, the company achieved a 15% year-on-year growth in sales for the first half of the year.
During the meeting, the Chairman noted that while this performance fell short of expectations, the growth under this year’s economic conditions was primarily attributed to three key breakthroughs: First, the R&D department’s introduction of a new process, which significantly enhanced the cost competitiveness of products; second, the marketing team’s expansion into emerging markets through digital channels, increasing the customer base by 12% year-on-year; and third, the production department’s implementation of lean management, boosting per capita efficiency by 18%.
Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the company announced the launch of the “Excellence 2025″ initiative: an additional 10 million yuan will be invested in R&D, alongside the establishment of a company-wide innovation incentive mechanism, including a special reward fund of 1 million yuan.
