Targeting the high-end protection needs in the engineering plastics field, UV-1577 launched by Penno Technology exhibits the characteristic of “precise protection.” This yellow solid absorber has a stable melting point of 147-151, high molecular weight, and extremely low volatility, showing excellent compatibility with engineering plastics such as polycarbonate (PC) and polyester (PET/PBT), and is particularly suitable for complex molded products and film processing. Notably, the product has been included in the positive list of EU food contact materials, offering irreplaceable advantages in safety-sensitive fields such as food packaging films and baby products. Its tubular continuous production process further achieves dual improvements in environmental protection and efficiency.

UV-1164, known in the industry as the “Long-Acting Light Shield,” has become the core choice for extreme environment protection. This triazine-based absorber has a thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 350, far higher than the processing temperatures of materials such as PC and acrylic. During high-temperature injection molding and extrusion processes, it hardly decomposes or volatilizes, providing long-term anti-aging protection for products such as automotive lamp shades, outdoor signs, and optical lenses. Its unique tert-butyl substituent structure endows it with extremely strong resistance to photodegradation. When used in conjunction with hindered amine light stabilizers, it can extend the outdoor service life of products to more than 15 years, filling the supply gap of high-end engineering plastic-specific UV absorbers in North China.

It is understood that all three products launched by Penno Technology have passed authoritative third-party testing, with purity exceeding 98%, and flexible packaging solutions ranging from 25kg to 1-ton specifications can be provided according to customer needs.
