BASF Introduces New Generation Light Stabilizer Tinuvin® NOR® 600, Enhancing Plastic Durability in Demanding Outdoor Applications
Ludwigshafen, Germany, October 13, 2025 – At the K 2025 exhibition, BASF officially launched its new-generation light stabilizer product, Tinuvin® NOR® 600. Belonging to the NOR-HALS technology platform, this product is designed to provide comprehensive protection for plastic products长期 exposed to outdoor environments, significantly delaying material performance degradation caused by UV radiation, acidic conditions, and atmospheric aging.
Tinuvin® NOR® 600 offers excellent weather resistance and is particularly suitable for PVC and polyolefin materials. It can be widely applied in demanding scenarios such as roofing membranes and artificial turf. Its innovative fluid form and low-dust characteristics not only enhance operational safety during processing but also facilitate even dispersion during production, thereby ensuring end products achieve a longer service life and stable appearance.
Furthermore, this product can act synergistically with other light stabilizers from BASF’s portfolio to further enhance the overall anti-aging effect, offering plastic manufacturers more flexible and efficient formulation options.
